Acquisitions Please

Published by sarabella under Fashion, Writing Edit This

While I can hardly believe I’ve spent this much time consumed on the validity of media… something can be said for ones declaration of opinion, not mention the randomest of random dedications.  O’well.  I suppose I could be thoroughly discussing my latest picks for the fall season, as I slowly Autumnize my brimming wardrobe with tights and sashay-worthy platforms.  Oh, I really love the word sashay.  Has a very verbalistic appeal.  Okay it’s really just so flowy.    Hmmm.

 I should lift the curse.

Maybe I’ll do just that and mix up the proverbial monotony.  We shall see. (shrug)

So here I finish…

Online media, television, and print publications tell a story as our favorite ‘IT’ related topics move along a bumpy road that’s anything but yellow-brick. Coming in by caravan, almost a Hitchcockian swarm of flashbulbs and derogatory accusations, reporters and paparazzi invade the private lives of the rich and famous while capitalizing on Tinseltown. So, here’s a basis question on everyone’s lips. Is bad press better than no pres at all, even when the lasting effects leave a negative imprint? At day’s end, I guess it’s all for the sake of entertainment, right.  Moving from maverick to mogul to rock star apparel and celebutante trends to reality fakathons… phew… it all transcends the fact that we learn by example, no matter the teacher.
