White on Blanc…

Dress and Belt, thrifted.  Tights, Boots, and Jacket, Target. Bag, Chanel. Ring, Nordstrom Brass Plum.

It’s one of those awkward days when the mildly boring ambiance lends to overdosing- contemplation.  After gallivanting through a quasi-mini series of mindless errands like a girl on a freakish undertaking, writing for hours on end, and ambling about the house…  I found myself strangely capsulated by the yore and all that lies beyond my reach.  Ever had one of those?  Seemingly the variety of day when you’re footing alone outside beneath a puddle of gray overcast–obscured by thought–wondering if life should be different.

Not better or worse… just different.

By the sophistry of will, I of course drafted a list… a reiteration of events so to further scrutinize this chaotic disarray inside my brain.  Subsequently, the only minimalistic product, and not a great one at that, was of course the absurd list.

As for this fastidious garb selection, I adore this ensemble and anything measured slightly if not extremely atypical from the median.  Conversely, I know a lot of girls who would definitely wear this.  It’s chic in a street savvy way that transitions from day to night easily.

Black tights and ankle boots, I’m thinking, look great with just about anything, making them the perfect autumn staple.
