Everybody Get Random

100_84311.jpgShot two days ago, these photographs capture the sentiment of fervently searching for a begrimed (indoor) local to create a certain air of dogmatic-dinginess… we chose the garage, and I’m thinking it worked.  I love the elemental vibes, the artistry, and untended hints of glamour.

But on another capricious focus, did anyone catch the Video Music Awards last night?  Britney Spears unexpectedly, and yet suspiciously, won a gaggle of awards and I’m thinking she’s more legendary after her mental breakdown, court cases, and hair-shaving antics than ever before.

Shock the world with controversy and congratulations… you’ve just won female video, pop video, and video of the year for ‘Piece of Me’!  Here’s a VMA and (probably) the cover of Blender!

Almost unbelievable.

I admit I didn’t watch it, but I saw this morning that she won everything she was nominated for….I was more surprised that she was even nominated! In the midst of her chaos, she managed to do so well she was nominated for something other than nutter of the year? hmmm….

I was disappointed Tokio Hotel lost to her, but as they won best new artist it was nothing to cry about. And thanks for checking my blog out. ;) =
